Estimate before wrench

Every job starts with a written quote: parts line by line, labour hours, shop supplies. You approve it — then we work.

OEM or quality aftermarket — your call

We quote both when there's a real choice and tell you which we'd put on our own car. No pushing the expensive option.

Price changes need your yes

If we open it up and find something worse, work pauses until you approve the new number. That's the whole rule.

Prices are "from" and cover most passenger cars and crossovers. Trucks, European vehicles and seized/rusted hardware can add labour — we'll tell you the real number on intake, not on the invoice. GST not included.

Price questions

What people ask about the bill

Want an exact number for your car? Send the VIN via the contact page and we quote within the hour.

Usually pad-only quotes, or white-box parts. We price pads and rotors together because new pads on worn rotors squeal and wear fast — doing it twice costs more than doing it right.

The scan fee is credited toward the repair on most jobs. The inspection that finds the fault takes real time either way — that's what you're paying for.

Yes, and we'll tell you honestly if what you bought is wrong for the car. Warranty on customer-supplied parts covers labour only.

For repairs over $1,000 we can split the invoice — half on pickup, half within 60 days. Talk to the service advisor before the work starts.
Behind the numbers

What a line on the invoice actually buys

Every estimate lists parts and labour separately — and the old parts go back in a box if you want them.
