Refund Policy

Our starting point

If we did the work wrong, we fix it free — that's the 24-month warranty and it comes before any refund conversation. If you believe a charge was wrong, talk to us first; most issues resolve in one call to +1 604 327 8591.

Deposits and cancellations

• Bookings — cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 3 hours before the slot.
• Special-order parts deposits — fully refundable until the part ships from the supplier. After that, supplier restocking fees (typically 15–25%) apply if you cancel the job.
• Diagnostics — the diagnostic fee covers work already performed and is not refundable; it is credited to your repair if you proceed.

Service refunds

A completed repair is refundable in these cases:

• The diagnosed fault was not fixed and our re-inspection confirms it — we re-do the work free or refund the affected line.
• You were charged for work not authorized on the estimate — always refunded in full.
• A part we installed fails under warranty and cannot reasonably be replaced — refund of the part line at our cost.

Not refundable: authorized repairs that performed as described but didn't solve a different underlying issue (we diagnose first to avoid this), and wear items installed correctly (brake pads, fluids, filters) once fitted.

Parts returns

Uninstalled parts returned within 14 days with the receipt get a full refund if unopened and resalable. Electrical parts and special orders are final sale once delivered, per supplier rules — we flag this before you order.

Warranty claims

Warranty work is always free: bring the vehicle in, we re-diagnose it, and covered failures get repaired at no charge. If a covered failure can't be repaired, we refund the affected parts and labour.
